We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons
1 The buyer purchased our customized products and wants to return them if there are no quality problems.
2 The buyer damaged our product due to operational errors and requested a return.
We do not accept buyers returning packages without notifying the seller. Buyers must first contact us via email and submit a return and refund application to the seller.
Refunds will be made via:
-If you paid by credit card, the refund will be deducted from the credit card itself and can be verified on your next bill. The specific refund time is determined by the bank to which your card belongs. Generally, the refund will be credited to your payment within 2-5 working days.
- If you paid via Paypal, the refund will usually be credited immediately to your Paypal account balance.
